8. Thomas Jefferson wrote IOW that in any society natural leaders would emerge and be recognized by their peers. In contemporary Boricua, at least, this identification and recognition of natural leaders is closely supervised by Liberty Guards. We have yet to see any of the other Jeffersonist insurgencies around the world -- the one in Vietnam is engaged militarily with the Australians.
