General Carlos Mejía.

Carlos Mejía was a Federalist army commander during the Mexican Civil War of 1806 to 1817.

General Mejía was in command of the Mexican Army in the Battle of Seven Forks against the Jeffersonian Army in November 1816. Mejía was defeated at Seven Forks by the Jeffersonians under General Andrew Jackson. One of the members of Mejía's army who died in the battle was the father of future Mexican President Pedro Hermión.
