Connecticut was one of the thirteen British colonies taking part in the North American Rebellion. Under the Britannic Design, it was incorporated into the Northern Confederation of the Confederation of North America.
Although Sobel apparently makes no reference to Connecticut, it has a larger place in For All Nails as the home state of Evangeline Gilmore and Clarissa Forster.
