Fred Harcourt.

Fred Harcourt was one of the leaders of Howard Washburne's League for Brotherhood and the head of the Workers' Army. Harcourt wanted to see Neiderhofferian reforms instituted in the Confederation of North America.

Sobel's source for Fred Harcourt's tenure with the League for Brotherhood is Farley Shaw's Voices of the Great Protest (New York, 1930).
