Arnold Gelb.

Universities for Justice was an anarchistic student organization that was a member of Howard Washburne's League for Brotherhood in the early 1920s. The leader of the U.J., Arnold Gelb, called for an end to all forms of government in the Confederation of North America.

Sobel's source for the Universities for Justice is Farley Shaw's Voices of the Great Protest (New York, 1930).
