John Jackson

K.A. President John Jackson.

World Locomobile was a Kramer Associates daughter company incorporated as part of the Jackson restructuring engineered by K.A. President John Jackson from 1929 to 1932. It is likely that World Locomobile incorporated Jefferson Motors, as well as various other locomobile manufacturers under K.A.'s control. Sobel notes that World Locomobile was financed via issues of a single class of common stock and three classes of preferred stock, and that it floated bond issues in twelve different countries in its first year.

World Locomobile's main competitor would have been North American Motors, the largest corporation in the Confederation of North America, and the second-largest in the world after K.A.
